Getting started

1. Sign up

Go to app.inxy.ai/signup. Sign up with email or Google.

2. Pick your vertical

On first login you'll see a vertical picker — Shopify (ECOMMERCE), Web SaaS, Software Download, or B2B / Content. This determines which engines run for your account.

3. Connect your store / site

• Shopify — install the Inxy app from the Shopify App Store, OR paste your Admin API token from Settings → Apps.
• SaaS / Software / B2B — type your domain (acme.com), optional sitemap URL, optional pricing URL. Inxy auto-crawls within ~1 minute.

4. Walk the 6-step Welcome Quest

Each step you complete unlocks 100 credits (5 paid steps = 500 total). Steps include connecting GSC + GA4, syncing data, and generating your first blog from the wizard.

5. Let auto-pilot run

The monthly content planner runs on the 25th. Auto-tune is ON for all plans by default; auto-execute is ON for ENTERPRISE / ULTRA — Pro / Basic stay manual-approval.

SaaS site setup

Inxy supports CNAME-published SaaS / software / B2B sites alongside Shopify. The differences:

• No Shopify catalog — instead Inxy crawls /pricing and /features to extract Plan and Feature rows.
• Competitor detection runs on your brand profile via Brave/Serper search; you confirm the proposals in Settings.
• BlogWizard step 1 shows 3 strategies for SaaS: Keyword, Pricing-plan deep-dive, Feature deep-dive.
• Cadence preset (Light / Balanced / Aggressive) drives blogs/month: ~20, ~45, ~75. Default is Light for new SaaS shops.

Re-running the crawl

If you change your pricing page or add new features, click Re-crawl on the Brand Profile card in app.inxy.ai/app/stores. The job runs the full pipeline again (idempotent).

Setting a manual pricing URL

If your pricing page lives at a non-obvious URL (e.g. /plans-and-billing), paste it in the "Pricing URL" field on Add Website or in Site Settings. Inxy uses it as the override regardless of crawler heuristics.

Billing & credits

The 4 plans

• Free Trial — 0 monthly credits; the 6-step Welcome Quest unlocks up to 500 to test the loop.
• Basic — 10K credits/mo · auto-tune + manual recommendations.
• Pro — 30K credits/mo · auto-execute included.
• Enterprise / Ultra — 100K / 400K credits/mo · multi-site, priority support, optional dedicated SLA.

Credits ≠ blogs

Each AI invocation (generator + evaluator + fixer) charges credits proportional to tokens used × model multiplier. A typical blog runs 80–200 credits end-to-end (depends on word count, model, image captioning, schema audit).

Subscription vs one-time

• Subscription credits reset every month (don't roll over).
• One-time top-ups never expire and stack on top of monthly.

Refunds

14-day refund window for first-time subscriptions if you've used < 25% of your monthly credits. Top-ups and renewals are non-refundable. See Terms §4.5.

Troubleshooting

"Connect GA4" button stuck after OAuth

OAuth succeeded but Inxy couldn't auto-match your GA4 data-stream URL to your shop's domain. Go to Stores page — you'll see a manual property picker; pick your GA4 property from the dropdown.

Brand Profile shows PENDING forever (SaaS)

SaaS shops don't auto-analyze brand from a Shopify catalog. Either click Retry on the Brand Profile card (it'll mark COMPLETED for SaaS) or fill the brand fields manually in View/Edit.

Recommendations queue is empty

The cron runs Mondays 11:00 UTC. To populate immediately, click Run sweep now on the Recommendations page header. Engine needs at least GSC + an audit run — connect those first if it returns 0 recs.

Blog generation stuck PROCESSING

Open Tasks → click the stuck task → Retry. If it fails repeatedly, look at the model fallback chain in Admin → AI Models — likely a provider API key is exhausted. Inxy auto-falls-back; permanent stuckness usually means every provider in the chain is dead.

BlogWizard SaaS picker is empty

Plans / features only populate after the site crawler runs. If you just connected: wait ~1–2 minutes, refresh. If still empty: check that your /pricing and /features pages are reachable (no auth wall, no JS-only render — Inxy reads HTML).
